Program for Mothers
This program is for you if….
You have been feeling depleted and exhausted lately - you don’t have a lot of energy to do all the things you want to do.
You deal with a lot of intrusive thoughts, feelings of anxiety, or feeling overstimulated.
You know you’ll need a wellness reset after the chaos and (sugar) of the holiday season.
You want to connect with other like-minded moms who are also investing in their health and energy.
You feel a little lost in your identity as a mother, and you’d like to reclaim some of your own individuality and reconnect with yourself.
You are interested in spirituality but aren’t sure where to start to create a practice or connection with a higher power.
Curriculum
Module 1: Purpose & Values
By the end of this module, you’ will:
Identified your life’s purpose - something meaningful that will stay with you for the rest of your life.
Articulated your own personal values and what they mean to you.
Developed a process for making decisions in your day-to-day life based on what matters most to you (And not what other moms are doing).
Module 2: Nutrition & Meal Planning
By the end of this module, you will:
Understand the basics of eating for your hormonal health and receive a simple mental model for building a nutrient-dense plate
Design your own seasonal menus and grocery lists
Feel empowered to eat both for nutrition and for pleasure in a way that is sustainable
Module 3: Exercise Habits
By the end of this module, you will:
Understand which types of exercise are the best for your longevity and hormonal health.
Designed a customized movement schedule for yourself that is enjoyable and sustainable.
Leverage habit forming science to create a plan to build lasting exercise habits.
Module 4: Polyvagal theory & nervous system regulation.
By the end of this module, you will:
Understand how to regulate your nervous system with practical tools for daily use.
Understand how you can support your children in building a resilient nervous system.
Feel empowered to co-regulate with your children and partner
Module 5: Reparenting yourself & healing your past.
By the end of this module, you will:
Understand how developmental trauma impacts you and the people in your life on a daily basis.
Learn practices and tools to help you heal past experiences that are painful.
Practice reparenting yourself.
Learn some tools to support your children in their own self-healing abilities so they are set up to handle any situation in life.
Module 6: Spirituality & sacred space.
By the end of this module, you will:
Connect with your Higher Self in profound ways.
Design a practice for yourself to cultivate sacred space in your daily life.
Learn tools to create a conscious connection with your higher power every day.
