What Workshop Attendees Have Said:

  • I really appreciated this. Something sparked in me, making me realize there’s so many other women searching for the same thing, or similar things, that I am. I am more inspired to help others like me one day. This was beautiful, thank you.

  • In this workshop, I learned I need to value my happiness more and I feel more capable of doing that now with tangible tools. Thank you!!

  • It made me realize that I too want to help other women, especially moms, heal. It made me realize that I am not alone.

  • The most valuable part was hearing about the importance of the value of a mother's happiness and the research to back that up along with learning about RAS as that totally effects our day every minute.

  • I really valued the techniques to reduce negativity biases and the science behind all of it.

  • The most valuable part was the idea of women coming together with the intention to heal.
